I expect it to be the best damn mission in gaming. Something we will discuss on this forum for years to come.

My Pick: Los Santos Federal Reserve

I'm really curious about all the heists, the last heist will be glorious

Damn Right. To think will have all these epic heist to play, and it all ends with the ultimate heist. DAMN! My nipples just got hard. You know theres gonna be a beautiful mission were we prep the final heist. Guns, Armor, Smart Phones, Zip-ties, Garbage Bags, Spray Paint, Getaway Vehicle/Helicopter/Plane, Blueprints, Rubber Mask, Ski Mask, Bleach, Attack Dogs, etc...

I just lost blood flow to my legs. blush.gif

the final big heist is going to be what the name is, Grand Theft Auto.

ok, probably not, but it would be pretty cool if the final heist did revolve around the name of the game.

Way more epic than anything listed.

Military Base Heist.

It has to be logical though. The final heist sounds like something you're leaving town after. You don't wanna rob a Military Base, then also have to find a buyer for the weapons you stole to actually make money. I don't know much about Military bases, but I assume they have weapons, not money, or at least not enough money to make the heist epic.

I see most people have voted something too epic to think of. I wish you guys would share your thoughts.

- They rob a underwater fortress

- They rob a blimp carrying 25 million cash

- They rob the U.S. Bank Tower (I like this one)

- They rob a Cargo Plane Dark Knight Rises Style

Something, Anything, Share, f*ck!

@killahmatic: A car dealer ship making a crazy transaction with some very important customers perhaps.

Okay so here it is, you listening? They have this passenger train filled with innocent people, except one man holds the map. The map to what you ask? Well, I don't know. They gotta figure out who that guy is without harming the civilians. Take him out silently as this train races through the mountains. Escape the train, kill the man, bury the body in the woods and steal the map. Wherever this map leads, it's worth a sh*t ton of money. The map leads to the bottom of the pacific ocean only accessible via submarine and scuba gear. Dig up the riches going unnoticed = Mission Complete. Throw in a crooked cop, a helicopter, a boat, a sports car and there you have it. That right there fellas, is the Grand Heist!

I can't be the only one who loved how they used that name for a mission in III.

Look at all of the previous games heist's, i believe its going to be something we're not expecting. They've gotten more elaborate each game, and with 6 main one's in this game, they're only going to get better.

I agree, but it still has to be logical. Everybody is voting something too epic to think of, well R* thought of it, so it's not that far outta range. Most of my options are relative places for an epic heist. The way you guys are voting, you'd think we were gonna hope in a space shuttle and rob the death star. It's gonna have to be something on the map, and I bet one of my options is it.

The blimp?

Some sort of underground cavern only accessible by submarines? Full of jewels and gold?

Yeah, but that wouldn't be a heist. That's a treasure hunt.(legit money)

This is a great question, OP. I voted "something too epic", but I would say that the last heist will be somewhere large with a simple name, e.g. The Bank of LS, The Federal Reserve. Some simple name that players will instantly figure out will be a huge heist.

it`s gonna be on The Bank Of LS for sure, probs end up parachuting of the top of the building or something epic like that...

Whatever the final heist is, it has to have this track playing in the background.

Agreed. I think how they perform it will be something that blows our mind, but I also believe it is easily one of the options I've written.

I think peoples expectations are too high for this. I think its gonna be awesome but not completely mind blowing and game changing. Look how IV ended. The story forced someone niko was close to to die. There wasnt anything crazy about the action either.

In my opinion the best "mission" in any game ever was in Uncharted 2. Drake and Elena are in a shootout in this old hotel running from a helicopter when the helicopter fires missles at the base of the building. The building starts rocking back and forth as it starts collapsing. Desks and bookcases and debris are flying everywhere unscripted. As the building falls sideways into another one you have to jump through glass into the next building all while still shooting at enemies. Not a second of this is a cutscene. During the entire collapse you are controlling Drake.

This was the most insane gameplay I have ever seen. I love GTA but none of them have ever had something like this.

I agree. I'll say this though. It's not about the scale of the epicness, but more so about how they execute it. That was an epic mission in Uncharted 2, but with the right setting, story, dialogue, and drama, you can make a Burger King the ultimate mission. I still say R* can do it.

It has to be something with multiple stages à la Breaking the Bank at Caligula's and Three Leaf Clover in that there's a whole lot of different types of action and changes of pace.

What I especially like about Breaking the Bank was it's satisfying ending, the jumping off the top of the tower and parachuting to safety. Three Leaf Clover was so awesome due to feeling of being cornered and surrounded.

These are all great choices. I can't decide which one to pick so I picked 'something too epic'. I doubt it will be that big though. As long as the missions are fun and leads well into the big heist then I'm fine with that. Remember how fun it was getting ready to rob the casino in San Andreas? Getting undercover, taking the police bikes, setting everything up so the lights would shut down. If GTA V can bring that feeling of being able to plan and execute like that then I'll be happy.

I wouldn't mind it taking up to a full hour to complete this mission. Supporting characters, the antagonist, the works.
