As Luis walks past Billy, he calls him a "greaseball f*ck" The definition of greaseball is: a person of Italian descent; - used as a derogatory ethnic slur, and considered offensive. Billy probably isn't the most hygienic fellow out in the world and is obviously gritty and battered, so maybe Luis is referring to uncleanliness and how Billy is not as well-styled like Luis, at least in Luis' eyes. According to an urban dictionary, it also means: greaseball This originally refers to italians. But generally it can be anyone who does not wash his or her hair.
