I doubt they would try to revive old easter eggs in such a blatant way, and they would rather invent new ones. No There was supposed to be someone who you could find walking around some huts at the top of a hill in an area of SA called The Panopticon at a certain time of night and/or during fog. When approached, this ped was supposed to attack you and chased you with - depending on who told you - either a knife, a cleaver or a chainsaw. This ped was described as looking like an inbred redneck or like Piggsy from Manhunt.
