I think it's called Mythbuster of GTA or soemthing laong those lines. Only problem I don't know where it was in the first place. I clicked someone's link in another thread (and I can't seem to find that again either) and landed in the MYTHBUSTER thread where someone listed what was confirmed and to be and/or not to be in the game. He listed links and sources and one link I followed I think was the GI article. There you could enhance the images and it looked like pages from a magazine. Houser being quoted on stuff, characters being described and all. Dollar sign artwork on the pages. I never read/saw that before. Stupid me closed the window it was opened in, in a tab. Stupid me has no browsing history saved either... Stupid me needs your help.
