Master of San Andreas Posted January 16, 2013 Author Share Posted January 16, 2013 (edited) So.since San Andreas is an open world video game,the player can do anything well almost everything.The player can explore the HUGE map of San Andreas by foot or bike or car or bus or plane or even catch a train from the local stations. The main theme of the game is crime.Yes,you can kill people with weapons.However this will trigger a wanted level and the cops will come after you,the enforcements from the police varies for example with a 1 star wanted level you get only 1 or 2 cops after you and they attempt to only bust you.With a three star wanted level however they will try to kill you and that's when the helicopters and stuff arrive,the max is 6 and if you get to that the army arrives. The Protagonist Carl 'CJ' Johnson engaging in a gunfight with the police with a four star wanted level RPG elements in character development is another great,new feature in the game.San Andreas is the only GTA Game to have this feature and even the upcoming Grand Theft Auto: V dosen't have it. So what's this new exciting feature?Well this just shows CJ's stats like his Stamina,Muscle,weight etc.There are also weapon and car/vehicle skills! which can be found in the main menu.While playing press 'TAB' and you will see a pop up. For Muscle you have to exercise in the 3 gyms in each of the cities you will also have to eat the right amount or you will get messages like 'CJ is hungry.Go find something to eat'. Eat too much however CJ will become very fat and won't be able to climb high walls and run fast,You will also get messages like 'CJ is obese and is in risk of a heart attack'.This however is not true. Money is another main feature,just like previous GTA games it can be accquired by killing normal pedestrians,completing missions,assets,doing side missions,gambling etc.Gamble too much though and you will fall into debts and the mafia will be after you.It can be spent for food,weapons,properties etc. Gang Wars is a good pastime.There are three gangs in San Andreas,Grove Street Bros,Ballas and the Los Santos Vagos.There are more but these are the main.You must kill three gang members to trigger a wave there are a total of three waves,survive 'em all and the territory is yours! Gang Wars unlocked after: Doberman Dissapears after: The Green Sabre Returns in: Home Coming There is a glitch in which in all cities gang territories are present.(originally they are only in Los Santos)All you have to do is go in the same direction with a plane for thirty minutes.This may not work for everyone however. Swimming is a great addition CJ has a water skill level.The higher it is the longer he can survive under water. Features such payn 'n spray,buying properties etc return.A new addition is that you can modify your own car,In previous games you could only change the color using pay 'n spray,however here you can modify everything,from colors to wheels,from Hydraulics to Nitro etc. You can also do stunts,hunt for myths,have fun with vehicles and so many more fun stuff which you will find as you progress. Master of San Andreas Posted January 16, 2013 Author Share Posted January 16, 2013 The Story starts off in 1992 when Carl returns to San Andreas upon hearing his mothers death.He does several odd jobs for Big Smoke,Ryder and corrupt C.R.A.S.H officers Frank Tenpenny and Eddie Pulaski.He slowly earns back the respect he had five years before. Then Carl gets a call from Ceser the leader of the Varrios Los Aztecs an ally of the Grove and he shows him the 'Green Sabre'.The car which according to eyewitnesses was used to kill CJ's mom. he sees it being escorted by a group of ballas,Smoke,Ryder,Tenpenny and Pulaski.Soon he realises it's a trap and sees his brother being ambushed under a highway,hoewever he is too late and Sweet (severly injured) is arrested and Carl is escorted by Pulaski and Tenpenny far into the Coutryside where they take away all his money and cash.Meanwhile Smoke and Ryder declare open support for the ballas and take over the whole of Los Santos. He then does several jobs for Catalina,The Truth,Tenpenny and Pulaski to get some money back.Carl also meets Wu Zi Mu the leader of the Triads and becomes good friends with him. In San Fierro Ceser,The Truth,Zero,Jethro and Kendl (Carl's sister) help him covert a wasted garage to a chop shop.Carl also finds the Loco Syndicate factory an estate of Smoke and Ryder and destroys it and kills Ryder.He is later contacted by secret agent Mike Toreno who promises his brother's release in return for his services. While he does jobs for Toreno,Woozie invites Carl to become a partner of the Four Dragons Casino in Las Venturas and kill the Mafia.He also meets GTA III and Vice City legends Salvatore Leone (GTA III),Ken Rosenborg and Kent Paul (GTA Vice City). Now Tenpenny and Pulaski try to kill Carl but Carl escapes and manages to kill Pulaski.He also saves Madd Dogg and becomes his manager. Tenpenny has a trial and is released causing anger in Los Santos triggering a renedition of the 1992 Los Angeles riots.Carl does one last odd job for Toreno and Sweet is finally release.The duo bring back the grove street and slowly start taking over Los Santos. Sweet then calls Carl and says he has a location on Big Smoke.They storm his crack palace and Carl kills Smoke.But.his brother is taken away by Tenpenny and a fellow officer,Sweet barely hangs on the ladder.Carl chases him down and rescues his brother and Tenpenny loses control on a bridge and crashes into Grove Street. Carl Johnson after killing Big Smoke The last of Tenpenny In the aftermath Carl and his family friends gather up for one last meeting. Master of San Andreas Posted January 16, 2013 Author Share Posted January 16, 2013 Okay so San Andreas comprises of three cities.They are as follows: Los Santos San Fierro Las Venturas Countryside DesertYou start at Los Santos and you have to unlock the others by completing missions.If you go before they are unlocked you will trigger a wanted level. Los Santos:It is home to the three major gangs.You start the game here.The last mission End of the Line takes place here.Here mostly people are poor so during burglary you will not find much cash and it is a dangerous place since it is the home of gangs.The Helicopter building the tallest building in San Andreas can be found here.There is a stunt park in Jefferson,a beach close to ganton and a park called Glen Park in the middle.The Weather here is moderate with some rainfall ocassionally but good sunsets and sunrise.This City is the only returning City in GTA: V Airports: Los Santos International Airport Railway Stations: Unity Station Market Station NOTE: Market Station is an underground station and the only underground station in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Places of Interest: Los Santos Helicopter Building Glen Park Sunrise in Los Santos.In the end of the picture barely visible,the Los Santos Helicopter Building,the tallest skyscraper in San Andreas. San Fierro:It is home to some gangs too.It features many tall skyscrapers and the Cranberry Station.It has the Tram service which can't be rode.It bears marks of the disastrous 1989 earthquake in San Francisco.In the BETA of SA there should have been an Island called Alcartaz next to it.San Fierro's waters are rumored to have Sharks.It's weather is stormy and only some ray's of sunshine.The people here are richer than in Los Santos. Airports: Escobar International Airport Railway Stations: Cranberry Station Places of Interest: Gant Bridge Alcartaz (BETA) Avispa Coutry Club San Fierro at night.The city is known for it's tall skyscrapers. Las Venturas:It is home to the Mafia.It features many exciting Casinos and Clubs.It is the richest place in San Andreas.The Weather is mostly sunny with rare rainfall.The cars here are very expensive too Airports: Las Venturas Airport. Railway Stations: Linden Station Yellow Bell Station Sobell Rail Yards Places of Interest: The Four Dragons Casino Caligulas Casino The Strip Pyramid Building (Luxor Pyramid) And a lot more....... Aerial view of Las Venturas at Night The Country Side and desert are other good places.They have small villages like Fort Carson,Bone County,Angel Pine etc.Places of interest in the Countryside and the desert include Mount Chilliad and Area 69 respectively. Low Range Weapons Weapon Knuckles Knife Katana Crowbar Pool Cue Golf Club Shovel Chainsaw Mid-Range Weapons Weapon 9mm and Slience 9mm Pistol Desert Eagle TEC-9 Mini-SMG SMG Pump Shotgun Sawm Off- Shotgun Combat Shotgun High-Range Weapons Weapon AK-47 M4A1 Carbine Rifle Sniper Rifle Very High Range Weapons Weapon Minigun Bazooka Rocket Launcher For the full list ( this is just the main) please go to << http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=519002 Vehicles are used for transportation.They range from Tractors to Trains from Trains to Banshees.There are tons of vehicles in SA.They spawn according to their locations.For Example in Los Santos you will get the Savannah often but you will never or rarely find the Infernus.In Las Venturas however you will spot the Infernus quite often but you may never or rarely spot the Savannah there. Sport Cars: These are amazingly fast cars.They are best useful for street racing.Their design itself is very stylish,however the handling is not so great because of their tremendous speed.Examples include the Infernus,Banshee,Cheetah etc.The best place would be to look for such cars would be The Strip in Las Venturas.You can still get them in San Fierro and Los Santos but they are very rare in those two cities. Aircraft: These are used for air transport.They range from moderate to fast speed.Some can shoot missiles (Hydra).They are found at airstrips and airports.Examples include the Hydra and the AT-400. Boats: They are used for water transport.They go at a fairly decent speed.They can only travel in water.Examples include The Police Boats. Bikes: These are two seaters.They are fast and are perfect for stunting.However if you dash on a wall,you will fall down and CJ will lose health if the speed you were goind was too fast.Example include the PCJ-600 and the NRG-500. Other: These vehicles are vehicles for normal transport.They go from slow to decent speeds.They are not good for street racing nor for stunts.They are just for cruising around San Andreas on a nice fine day.Examples include the Savannah,Esperanto,Majestic,Blista Compact,Feltzer etc. There are also Trains,Buses,Tanks,Swat vans etc in the game.I cannot show you the full list so I'll just link you to This article on GTA Wikia about Vehicles.There are also Import and Export missions in San Fierro where there are list of vehicles of which you need to bring. Master of San Andreas Posted January 16, 2013 Author Share Posted January 16, 2013 There are many myths and Easter Eggs in San Andreas.Nearly all Myths are false.However here is the list: Bigfoot: A very old and false myth.Despite many sightings in Mount Chilliad and Back 'O Beyond,they were proven to be mods or photoshopped.However there is a rumour that on the old PS2 and Xbox versions Bigfoot can been seen and also that some kind of creature was supposed to be hiding in the forest in the BETA version of San Andreas.Rockstar have confirmed this,According to an employee he actually put a creature in the game but later removed it.This myth is completly false. Leatherface: Another old myth.Leatherface is a man who is supposed to be spotted in the countryside especially in Panopoticon and Fishers Lagoon.In Fishers Lagoon there is an armchair that could be a manhunt reference.This myth has a bit more legal proof than Bigfoot but still is false. CJ's Mom's Ghost: In the Johnsons house,there is a rumour that CJ's mom may appear as a ghost at midnight.Especially in the Kitchen.This is however completly false with not even one shred of evidence that CJ's mom's ghost exists.However you can see it using mods. Big Smokes Ghost: After End of The Line.The crack palace will still be accesible despite the explosion.There are many rumours of Big Smokes ghost and even his voice.This myth may be one of the true myths in San Andreas Serial Killer: The serial killer is a man near Fort Carson.It is rumoured that he takes a shotgun and starts killing pedestrians.This may be false or true,but sometimes he spawns as a harmless ped ONLY in Fort Carson. BodyBags & Sharks: There are some body bags near Area 69 in the desert where it is rumoured that CJ's mom is there.There are also rumours of sharks in the San Fierro waters.This is not true. Other: Mothman. Strange Plane Crashing. Ghost Cars. Vice City Maps Vice City Hidden Package. Countryside Teleporter Half-Life crowbar (Area 69 Interiors) Suicidal Photographers If you have more,please let me know. Now,now San Andreas is also very famous for its modifications (mods).From simple ones like Bigfoot,Real-life cars and Islands to big ones like Design Your Own Mission (DYOM),San Andreas Multiplayer SA-MP and Multi Theft Auto (MTA). DYOM is a modification which allows you to create and play your own missions.It was first created by PatrickW and Dutchy3010.The latest release is Version 7.It is a great chance to exprees your creativity. Actually only one cheat causes this problem with Madd Dogg and it's Peds Riot cheat. You can use harmless cheats like hesoyam as many times as you want. Regarding that territory, according to several sources it works on PC V1 and PS2 first version. While on ps2 you can get whole map of gang territories, on PC this glitch is limited to very few territories. Also it's not really "worth a shot" imo, because you can get well known taxi glitch with experimenting with this glitch.
