Carlover325
This computer me and my family used to use, a Compaq Presario from 2000 with like 64 megabytes of RAM. Haha, I had the same computer. 3gig hard drive... And cost like $2300 in 1998. That was my very first computer.
El Dildo
I'm a 26 year old college freshman LOL seriously? you're 26. that's not old. suck it up people are only as old as they feel and act. age is literally just a number. if you behave like an old person, then you're old. if you feel like a young person, then you're young. I was in the military for 6 years, Im using my GI bill. But anyways I dont feel old until other people remind me of these things. At heart I dont feel a day over 21, but culturally I feel like Im
El Dildo
culture is bullsh*t. it's a facade. it changes every 5-10 years, so by that logic, everyone is old as soon as they become a teenager. don't pay attention to any of it. just keep listening to the music you like, watching the movies you enjoy, and drinking Sunny-D while rollerblading. when kids try to tell you that you're not cool, give them a thumbs up, say "RADICAL BRO" and keep on rollin'

DarrinPA
Its just crazy when these kids have no clue what Im talking about It's because they're morons, plain and simple. As a kid I was aware of most things older people talked about. I dont ever feel uncool, if anything Im extra cool because all these hipsters are faking being the way I grew up. But yet completely unaware of anything that happened during the way you grew up, ironic. Lou Bega - I remember hating that song. But now pop music is ten times worse. Now kids have no clue unless its on facebook or the radio. @GTA-King: Dude my bus driver would do the same sh*t. GTA-King
^ Oh my... lol. dat mullet. One of my most favorite games growing up was Jurassic Park for the NES. As a kid, the movie was simply awesome for me. When I found out there was a game, I was ecstatic. I thought it was cool how it was a top down view... never played a game like that before. I guess you could say if it wasn't for this game, I would have never tried GTA 2 (also a top down game), which is the GTA that first got me addicted to the series:

Naomi
This topic is cute. "I'm 13 and I feel old." I never feel old. And I've no intention of growing old gracefully. If I start to have an overwhelming urge to ask myself what the meaning of life is, I have a vodka and ring my much younger man. I feel young instantly. ....Well except when anyone mentions the digital remastering of Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. I was at the f*cking original screening for that one. So show some respect kids. Yours respectfully, Great Aunt Naomi

Carbine23
Well im turning 20 in 3 months and i feel old. I remember what it was like without fast internet, itunes, DVD's, online gaming, cellphones, texting, social websites, etc. Of course i was really young during all this and i'm still young but stepping out of the 'teens is gonna be very weird. So much has happened within those 10 years, might as well enjoy being 19 while i can

Crokey
In the UK, I remember when there were only 4 channels on terrestrial TV. I also remember being the only one in the house who was tech savvy enough to know how to set the VHS recorder to record tv shows using VideoPlus+ Sh*t son, I remember the debut of Channel 4. What makes me feel old... ^^ That which I've just quoted, but to give a proper list: People getting nostalgic over the 80's when they were born in the 90's, finding a grey pube, bending over and making a groaning noise, rolling your eyes at noisy kids on the bus, finding out the person you're talking too wasn't even born when you bought your first record, you bought a record not a CD, remembering the TV played the National Anthem at the end of the night, when f*ck couldn't even be mentioned and/or even mentioned and censored on TV, The Word on Channel 4, The Young Ones... the first time round, 5p's being bigger that the 10p, when a pack of ciggys were £1.20, when all this were nowt but fields, the days before no readily available internet, Ceefax, Russel Crowe being in Neighbours, watching the Challenger disaster, still being able to get a slap from a teacher and white dog poo. Space Cowboy
Yes I feel old sometimes, this thread reminded me that also. Yay, growing up sucks I wish I could stay kid forever I miss everything from my childhood sadly these times are gone. I started to feel old around half year ago, when I shaved for the first time that made me realise that I'm not kid anymore, yea I know strange situation to remind me that, but it's true. DestaliusDark
It's pretty strange, i only spent 3 years of my life in the 90's, even tough i remembered quite a bit of late 90 early 2000. I remember how my dad had an old Mac where i used to play Indiana Jones on. Of course the whole game din't make sense to me, but i still loved playing it. Or playing Spy Fox, Pajama Sam and Freddy Fish, i grew up with those games Sometimes i wish i would have grown up in the 90's, then again maybe i don't. I have a feeling that growing up in the 90's, wasn't that easy but also was a lot less concerning? (Can't really explain it lol) With the internet being so gigantic and containing so much info its hard to keep away younger kids from places like this and seeing all sort of things. When i go on the internet i often see stuff like "Astroid Incoming" "Kids shot" etc. And i wished i would have never even noticed it, i see too much and it really is making me feel chaotic and tired. That feeling i had when i was 7 is gone, i'm growing up and i noticing a lot more. But at the same time i see a lot more then i might want to see at this age. I don't want to be confronted with the deaths of 20 childeren, or politics, or a war in africa. I wish i could stay a naive little kid who only knows his video games and good friends. I'm not old at all actually, 15. And i still feel young, but i don't really feel like i'm living a childhood or something? Well, yeah. It also kinda makes me sad seeing kids who are like 3 years younger smoke and drink. I know this is going on for a long long time, but it kinda looks extreme now, i mean. Whats the f*cking point of doing it? Being cool? Oh well, i'll be back when i'm 30 orso, so i can say i feel old xP
AtomicPunk
I'm still wondering what the hell happened to 1991. Now I'm 42 and know that life is going by pretty fast, even though I'm the type who stops and smells the roses. That's the bi*ch about it. Time flies anymore. I'm guilty of living in the past. When you come to my house, it's like it's between 70's, 80's, and early 90's--the music and everything. Everytime I have a conversation with someone young, I cannot even get them to understand how everything was better then. They don't get it yet. It was a magical time. At risk of sounding like the Uni-Bomber, I think the speed of technology ruined a lot of that today. Now, it's like everyone's in a trance.
