About the Riot Mode

I need to know how can get properly work of Riot mode enabled in DYOM. I can see that it only enables at Los Santos, but when is activated people just fight and dont have weapons.

 

Any way to improve this?

I believe the "Riot Mode On" will just give you the following:

• Smoking Building.

• Running, fighting and stealing T.V peds.

• All Cars are smoking (maybe the health is 250 or 500, not sure though)

• And it only occurs on Los Santos. (Because it was taken from the mission "RIOT" where Tenpenny's been relieved from his crimes)

 

-I don't think there's a way you could enhance it (like making them carry weapons, unless you wanna make your own riot). But I'm not sure though, but as I see that's all it can do. Hope this helps.
