dyspoid
Hey guys, I just completed my first viewing of the film, Primal Fear. It was a fantastic movie, and it far exceeded my expectations. However, I have created this topic as I would like to discuss the ending. Sure, Aaron (Roy) reveals that there was no "Aaron", aside from the title that appears on his documents - and pretty much 99% of the internet believes this to be the twist. It all ends here. How predictable, right? No. That doesn't cut it. The film was superbly written, and I refuse to believe that the twist was so simple. Instead, I think it is a lot deeper than Aaron being an intelligent murderer. There is too much to suggest that it doesn't just end here. Despite this, every twat in every forum I've read up on, seems to have the ill belief that the movie was predictable, and that they knew the "ending" was going to turn out how it was. I don't doubt that they saw it coming, I most certainly did, but I don't think it ends there, I have a few ideas - but, what do you guys think? Hopefully you guys have thought a little deeper than the average reviewer.
The N. Bellic Man
I really liked this movie (and watched it more than a few times) ten years ago. I can't elaborate on your question since I haven't seen it since then. But Ed Norton did a good job on that one (which can't be said about many of his recent movies).
