Well I don't know, even if they were it does not neccessarilly mean that they are looking to hire them for the new trailer. Also think about it. Would you let any new employee make a new trailer for your biggest video game franchise? I wouldn't no matter how experienced they are.

At first, I would have gone for the day of the release, but I think it would be possible for them to have a trailer with the announcement of a precise release date. However, I am not sure when that will be, either February or March.

Grand Theft Auto IV had four trailers. I think San Andreas had 3.

This is hard to say, but IF we get a third trailer I expect it to release in march
