macaroniman
I think GTAV is going to be the biggest game in history. No one will compete with it.

Mokrie Dela
they're still making Yakuza games? I got bored after mission 3 of the first one. The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing. Click here to view my Poetry
DS 17
Haven't heard of it, yet and haven't found any informations in the web (only 1 page without any relevant infos like when it will be released etc.).
Dutch Psycho
Stupid thread! Why don't you make another stupid thread if gta v can compete with watch dogs?
SP3CTR3
Yakuza is good but its not GTA. you can't compare the two.
NONative
I have all the Yakuzas and they're a whole different game. Yakuza is a melee sandbox. It has better mini games and a massive substory libary. But it doesn't compair to GTA. Not because it's lesser of a game, but because they're two different monsters. And the SR series is a different beast too. Sleeping Dogs was and is a joke of a sandbox.

œaœa
i dont know alot about the yakuza series, but i hear its pretty good and some people say it "rivals" gta.... sort of like saints row is this true...? is yakuza series similar to gta? can yakuza 5 compete with gta 5 This is a silly comparison. Yakuza games are completely different. You can also ask if GTA V will beat next Call of Duty or The last of us. Uhhh
BUT THE BENZ
Playing games since 1999....never heard of "yakuza"....can't be that good.
S1LV3R_W0LF
First time I heard about this, not impressed. Sleeping Dogs looks way better and I don't compare it with GTAV far as I've seen.
kudoboi
NOTHING compares to any GTA game past or present as they are cheap imitations of GTA,S structure and design so are FRAUDS plz tell me that is sarcasm Playing games since 1999....never heard of "yakuza"....can't be that good. reminds me of a post here few weeks back when someone said he played games his whole life but never heard of half life series. yakuza is a good game in its own merit but imo should not be compared to gta Edited January 14, 2013 by kudoboi
Lil ski
The only game that could come CLOSE to competing with GTA V is Watch Dogs but that's only on a visual and dynamic AI stand point but nothing else, even that it still doesn't beat V. Hell I'm glad Far Cry 3 came out as soon as it did, otherwise that great open worlder could've gotten CRUSHED by V if it were to have been released at the same time. I don't blame many main stream gamers for not knowing the Yakuza series outside of Japan. State side Yakuza is a background game that does have a cult like following, but it's not GTA. IronZombie
Completely different type of gameplay. I don't see how you can compare the two. And honestly look up some videos on youtube. I think the game looks way too arcady.
theworldfamous
unless everybody at rockstar has succumbed to crack habits.. nothing is going to compete with V. Maybe some game will sell more but crack also sells more than a lot of good things.
