JustRob
When stealing a parked car, Niko always smashed in the window with his arm. Now I don't know about the USA, but down here the car windows are pretty thick. Doesn't Niko ever get shards of glass in his arm or hurts it? albanyave
If you just let Niko stand still for a little while, he will lift his right arm and examine it. He could be hurting from busting all those car windows.

richard1997jones
Yeah it would be more realistic if he had hurt his hand but save reducing health show a bloodied and.

universetwisters
Every time you turn the game off, Niko screams in pain and puts Band-Aids on his cuts.
Pedjcev
Also, if you steal a car from the passenger's side, Niko will use his feet to smash the window. That also happens if he's stealing a low-height sports car, i.e. an Infernus.
dansgas1000
No because that would be too realistic for GTA...

Let's forget it's a game for a second and unrealistic...I switch to the shotgun, rifle or baseball bat when stealing a car. It looks like Niko uses these to break the window. And about window thickness, it depends on the car. Some manufacturers are using very thick glass on the side windows(some as thick as typical windshields) today.
