EFLC, is this problem or not?

Hi guys, basically, I re-installed this game via steam after horrible setup of enb series. (not to mention my stupidity not backing up the files) After fresh new install, installers like directx, vcredist_x86, and gfwlive did not initiated automatically for some reason therefore I went to installer archive in steam folder and manually installed required exes. Then I found these 'umdf, wmfdist11, wmpappcompat' which refuse to install. there is setup error popping up saying "Not enough storage is available to process this command". I'm confused, because I have more than 200GB of free space in my drive. Are these 3 exes required to run EFLC? game was kinda stuttering is this due to these exes not installed? help will be appreciated thx.

intel i5 k655 3.20GHz

ram 4gb

window 7 64bit

nvidia 470 gtx

If the game works, then everything that you need to run the game has been installed.

 

I suggest you try deleting all files from the Settings folder located here - C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings

Game seems to run fine after i rebooted my computer. stuttering disappeared. I guess those three files can be skipped or it was already installed and remained before the re-installation. Anyway, problem solved.
