I think they feel it would take away from those who don't pre-order GTA V. It kind of robs true GTA Fans of the full experience just because they didn't pre-order. (For example in russia you can get 3 crappy posters, proof). With a standart edition he dont get anything, thats what i think . Whats worse is Exclusive DLC to different retailers... Its like WTF. I want it all but I ain't buying the game 10 times to get all the different DLC. Its rather annoying.. RDR had this sh*t aswell. At EB Games, I've pre-ordered, the guy told me that only the first however many pre-orders will be able to get the Limited Edition as there are over 3000 pre-orders (from the store I went to I think?). If your balance on the game is over $30 you get automatically locked in to the Limited Edition, otherwise, it depends on how much demand there is and if there's enough Limited Editions to go around.
