STOGE Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 Now before i start getting berated for this idea,it is just that...........an idea/thought. Considering the success of RDR zombie dlc( i personally thought it was amazing) and injecting brand new life and playtime into an excellent game do you think it would be great in gta 5?? I personally think it would be amazing? multiplayer survival missions in the middle of LA or the sticks.Help/rescue missions or solo survival etc etc etc I just feel that giving the setting the possibilities would be fantastic. meson1 Posted January 10, 2013 Share Posted January 10, 2013 An open world apocalyptic zombie game by Rockstar is a great idea, just because of the way Rockstar do open world games. BUT it's such a good idea that it needs doing properly in a game designed from the ground up to be a zombie game. It needs a good plot, fully developed characters, an apocalyptic playing area and gameplay designed specifically for the purpose. It would be the start of a fantastic new I.P. with Rockstar showing everyone else how it should be done. What it doesn't need is to be a half-assed DLC tacked on the back of a game that isn't designed for zombies. It's a waste. United_Stealth Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 Yes, but I'd mostly like it as a mode where you start of in the city with only a handgun or something and make your way to the countryside to a safehouse, with or without friends on multiplayer. Finding weapons/cars along the way. (But if they already have made zombie characters if that mode is made, why not make a rampage where weapons are everywhere and you can run over 100's of zombies with your patriot. If your going to say a game that zombies SHOULD be in then at least say Dead Island or Left for Dead etc... even Ghosts and Ghouls. Anyway... I think it would be a bloody good idea to do zombie mode/dlc/expansion/cheat, and surely the work is already done what with RDR UN. I'm tired of zombie games but heck, In gta, with cars and weapons, It'll be way more fun. I'd be getting my bus and mowing them down! If done right, Zombie DLC would be awesome.
