Car sits in your garage, Damaged. If you want to, you can get it repaired, if not, just drive it damaged.

 

Its like something someone suggested earlier about Drive Parallel Lines.

 

All those ideas will give you all that you want without being a pain in the arse for the rest of us.

well, if they improved so called 'traffic AI' just a little bit... And added a garage or two for those 'very special' cars..
