Michael Madsen imo.

 

By the way, I've seen Michael Madsen in real life at a Horror Movie expo. He seems like a pretty good guy. Definitely has style!

Mastrogiorgio was very good with the voice acting, Madsen couldn't even pronounce "cipriani" well

I voted Micheal Madsen.

 

Toni Cipriani, in my opinion, was like Micheal Madsen's character Sonny Black in the 1997 film Donnie Brasco. Both were Capo's, both had bad tempers, and both were always willing to take action right away. I am talking about Toni in GTA 3 which it has been said that Toni was Salvatore's Capo.
