problem with control xbox360

I bought my gta 4 from steam.The game is normal when i play with my keyboard and mouse.

This week i bought a control xbox 360 original version S9F-00001.

But the control it's making the game crash (much lag), but if i remove the control the game stay normal.

 

I need help ;/ thanks
