All these characters were featured in GTA4. Not all were seen, but their roles could be expanded for this game for various reasons. Who do you think should make a comeback?

I think Jerry Kapowitz (diamond bum) will return. But I was playing TBOGT yesterday and I heard Armando talking about the vespucci university, so I think that Armando may return, or Henrique.

If you didn't know, Vespucci U is in Liberty City. It's in Varsity Heights...

Vespucci was in LC. But maybe they took off to LS to continue their trade? monocle.gif

Haha, would be awesome if they got in trouble with Trevor and Luis had to come save them. That would never happen though.

I think U.L Paper or maybe even Michelle/Karin could return.

I would love to see u.l paper return. Love it. Im one of the who believe the iaa is internal affairs though. It could still happen. I love the mysterious characters and hope they include one somewhere.

I would like Packie to be in the game so I can kill him. I could see Luis Toney and Yusif franchising the club in L.A. I would also love to kill Rocko aslo.

Johnny Klebitz could return. He's the guy with the best reason to leave Liberty City, plus he had a "I rode mine to Los Santos in 2004" patch, although that was more of a reference to SA being released in 2004.

 

I can't really think of anyone else I would like to see in Los Santos.

There's always that sweet ole mute button.

 

I'd go with someone who isn't on this list, and that's Carmen Ortiz. I really think it would make sense, given the fact that she had those aspirations and ambitions to be famous and what not. Obviously you have Vinewwod in SA, so it would be perfct for her. She'd probably only be heard on the radio talking about how she used to mess around with some "boring ass Russian guy" back in Liberty, and bragging about her new life. Also she'd be seen on the TV.

Yeah, Dan Houser confirmed Packie is not in GTAV. Too bad, it would've actually made sense since he was seen taking a plane out of Liberty City.

In the in-game tv show im rich a guy called Tony McTony featured, they talked about him owning a house in Los Santos.

I can not remember many charcaters that actually(kind of)lived in LS or had direct connections the town during the events of IV. But he did.

As long as it isn't Brucie the annoying d*ck, it doesn't matter to me. I would like to see Niko and see what's happened to him since he went to Los Santos.
