This is maybe the same plane that Trevor jumped out of in Trailer 2. This screenshot is maybe from the mission where Trevor jumped out of the plane. It is on the same position where some cargo planes open there noses. But I don't think it's a 747 since in sa the cargo plane also was a native cargo plane and the nose opens different on the cargo version of the 747.
