Andreas
There are a lot of rumors about GTA V releasing at the end of March. Yeah, these rumours are not true because GTA V has been shifted to fiscal year 2014 which begins on April 1st 2013 so GTA V will release in April at earliest if not even a bit later. Druffmaul
Personally, I believe it will be delayed to October. (Usual GTA releases except IV) Hate to say it, but I agree. Why? You don't think we'll get anything else with the box art reveal? My biggest reason is that Dan Houser has done two rounds of interviews since the GI cover story, and both times he's answered big questions with "Well, we're still working on that, still trying to figure out how to do it." Hopefully it's just his way of not talking about it, but he doesn't seem to mind just saying precisely that on other occasions, so... makes me nervous. Seems pretty late in the development cycle to still be trying to figure out how things in the game will work. I'll be very happy to be wrong. He said those things when the game had 6+ months to go, and it was about small stuff anyway. There was and still is plenty of time to finish the game up. I think the majority of the problems right now are in testing out the bugs and stuff and polishing it up. They still have about 3 months to go. You people drive me crazy the way you're all expecting it to be delayed. Don't be ridiculous. Yeah, I used to be an optimist too. Those were the days. HeNDo6750
For GTA V to be released this spring as R* has announced last year, then a more accurate date needs to be said before the end of this month to give a chance. I have said this before, and I will say it again. Of a 15th March 2013 With the 3 5's 5 x 3 = 15th day of the week 15 divided by 5 = 3rd Month
Squidhead
I believe it will be delayed to November Bullf*ckinsh*t, Even May 2014 is more likely. But I'm positive GTA V will be out by May this year.

73duster
There are a lot of rumors about GTA V releasing at the end of March. Yeah, these rumours are not true because GTA V has been shifted to fiscal year 2014 which begins on April 1st 2013 so GTA V will release in April at earliest if not even a bit later. Many people, including myself, thought that it would be a Spring of 2013 release as far as last Summer. It had nothing to do with any "fiscal year" financial forecast announcements. It's more about when the game is finished. It wasn't ready for 2012, so the financial analysis "changed". The game dictates the financial outlook of the company's stock, not the other way around. I don't believe that Rockstar delayed the game simply because they wanted it to fit in with some fiscal year analysis. I might be wrong, and i'm no expert in the stock market, but there is something REALLY shady about purposely delaying a product, in order to influence the market value of a company's shares. I'm not claiming to know exactly what i'm talking about, and perhaps you have more knowledge of this financial stuff, but i think there is WAY too much emphasis being put on these financial forecasts. All of the endless predictions from last year were flat out wrong, and the financial forecast for Take Two was athe big reason behind it. Now that we actually have a confirmation that GTAV will be out this Spring, people will assume that it has something to do with meeting some financial market deadline. The game simply wasn't ready before, and now that Rockstar said Springtime, the analysis will follow suit.
