Questions regarding turbo controllers

Maybe I am stupidly paranoid or just even worse than I was before, but I've recently found myself being killed unbelievably fast by a number of players on IV multiplayer in my preferred modes. It used to be whenever I'd go to TDM that this would happen, but now it's turf wars, cops n crooks and even team mafiya work.

 

Am I right in thinking players with turbos, will mostly avoid driveby combat, i.e. it's not as effective from a car? will mostly use assault rifles?

Will doing anything to the settings help counter these cheaters? High peds and traffic? health reticule always off? Anything else?

 

Hopefully V won't allow these sort of devices to work, so fair players have an even chance.

Id say thats probably accurate AJ. The usual set up for corruption.... TDM on islands rifles only. In the other modes its No peds,no traffic, im sure cops on would f*ck them right up because its lag city.They think you are f*cking stupid. Iv said it before dont tell me what controller using that way when you kill me I dont have moan about...But dont think of me as an idiot. It doesent f*cking matter now anyway because now you have hackers boosting all the way up to 2nd and 1st place in certain game modes.R* dont care. Its over. Forget about it.

A few tips that I've noticed, and been told by old friends.

 

- Avoid any Weapons Set, that includes high availability of Assault Rifles.

- Always have the Health Reticule to Off

- Turbos do nothing, unless your on foot.

- TBoGT is when they're most noticeable.

- Colony Island is a common location due to it's easy to corner shoot walls.

- Avoid areas with similar un-obscured straight walls.

- Corner shooting only works with a 45 Degree angle.

- Peds/Traffic won't effect anything, just increase possible lag.

- On TL&D the CZ-75 is a common Turbo Weapon, alongside the M4.

- Turbos are only effective with SMGs & Assault Rifles. Mainily: MP-10, AK-47 & M4A1.

ive had this happen in a DM. 2 guys, i think bros, just wasting everyone away like nothing. Like they never miss. And all w had were ARs
