KiD5791
So I know that it isn't possible to make an actor make two animations. So I have to hide the first one and then make a second one to make another animation and of course I have to change the cutscene to another position otherwise you will see the second actor spawn, that looks quit ugly. But I saw it somewhere like this too: Cutscene is pointed at the same actor all the time. He makes the "Talk-Animation" and then another animation . And you couldn't even see him respawn. AND You couldn't see the cutscene move, so it was the same cutscenes all the time OR another cutscene pointed at the EXACT same position. My questions: 1. Is it really not possible to make an actor make two diffrent animations? 2. Is it possible to copy a cutscene or something like this so it shows the EXACT SAME scene as the one before? 3. Is there a way to make the cutscene doesn't show how the actor spawns WITHOUT pointing the cutscene in another way for a few seconds? ((Sorry if my english is not that good!)) Notna
1. You can. After the cutscene or other objective, hide your actor and make an another one with the animation you want. 2. You cannot copy a cutscene. 3. No, there is not an another way. It is annoying, but you'll get used to it.
NexusUndead
It is possible, a bit more detailed explanation: The designer must've created 2 actors and 2 cutscenes: Create actor, select animation and all. Than hide the actor and then edit the actor. Don't move! Now create the same actor with another animation. Now for the cutscene it's not really possible to create same itsy bitsy view cutscene, so you need to position it verry closely to the other one. Yezz007
This is the feature that should be included in the next version(may be 2014 ), well but for the current version, the above ways MAY show the actors spawning or hiding if the PC speed is not high enough, the another trick is to: Create two actors, two different position, two different camera position, but the SAME background(exactly two same place/background). In some places in SA(mostly building), you can do this trickey. If you smart enough, the player really think "One actor, two anims" Edited January 8, 2013 by Yezz007
AnDReJ98
Actor can only stop his animation. First make an enemy actor with animation and put player across the actor and make cutcene, showing only actor. When you test it,actor will stop doing his animation after few secconds. Time doing his animation depend how long is player far away from actor. About dublicate cutscene...Here. I did it in my GTA SAS trailer
