Can't change my Gametag

I created a Brand new XBox Live Account,

and whenever I click to change my Gamertag, it just keeps saying "Oops, we found a glitch"

and that happens to all my profiles, I wanna change the gamertag that was randomly created but I can't,

what do I do?? panic.gif

 

EDIT: Is this the wrong section? Please move it to a correct one, thanks.
