I've just been playing Call Of Duty: Black Ops on Xbox Live in a team deathmatch, and it felt like you were either being punished for being new to online gaming, or versing a hacker. now I was in a corner after being chased by this guy for about 5 minutes and barely escaping, so I hid in a corner and readied my shot, so he walked through and I started firing, must have got at least a clip in, he turns around and kills me with one shot. Will GTA V have this kind of thing when playing multiplayer? I know they have the cheaters pool, but how effective will that be exactly? And this is f*cking freaking me out. I don't if these are hackers, or just a stupid Bug or intent Anyway, I hope this wont be like in GTA V. It's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay different that cod and I think gtaV will still be way different than cod. So I don't think you should have many problems, or at least not the same 'problems' as you had in cod. Make sure nothing else is going on with your internet when youre playing. You could also just be a noob? Nothing wrong with that. The reason I say is because you say you emptied a full clip and he kills you with one shot. Typical noob complaint. you only fire in short bursts to get a kill in COD and also in GTA. Like tap the trigger rather than hold it down. I think R* made some progress though with MP3, I didnt experience lag in that game anywhere near as much as in other multiplayer games so hopefully GTA V wont be anywhere near as bad. The lag in IV is just ridiculous sometime everyone has a third world ghetto connection I stopped playing it competitively years ago for this very reason. I'm not saying they're hackers, but to kill me through a wall (all shots was going through the wall), and then kill me, is a bit abnormal.
