Will the shark bite us while we are diving?

The moment is saw the picture of Shark on GTA V some weeks before...this question came in my mind ...Can the shark bite us while we dive in water?

I'm going out on a limb here and saying they probably will as do all sharks in videogames.

I don't know if anybody has said this yet, but sharks in the water means we'll probably be able to use some weapons in water.

I think it will depend on your health.

 

If you are just sitting around on the beach and think "Could go a nice swim to cool down" then they won't bother you unless you try hurt them. You leave them then they'll leave you alone. Plus, they'll be out in the deep unless we get some Jaws action going on.

 

However, if you jump from your helicopter/jet that is about to blow up and you have little health left and you land in the deep part then maybe they'll come after you because they smell blood.

Hey bro, in SA there were some sea creatures in the Ocean but...we cant touch them nor can they . So i was curious to know if in GTA V the sea creatures can bite, touch, kill...

I hope so. Nothing better then swimming around, taking out the old M4 and killing some f*cking sharks. And not stopping until the ocean is red.

I hope we will be able to fight back, otherwise it would be really lame imo. I hope it will be like far cry3 but a little bit more difficult than just slamming on 1 button 3 times.

I wonder if one gets an animal to chase you and jump in a car will it continue to chase you/attack the car?

 

If you get an animal to chase you and you manage to dodge it and have it chase you, can you get in into the city? Will it then attack other peds?

 

Think I'm gonna have this on my GTAV bucket list...

I watched a thing where they said most shark attacks on humans aren't really attacks at all. Sharks are very curious and given that they don't have hands to feel with, the only real way they have to inspect something besides vision and smell is by biting it. The fact is if you survive a shark attack then it's likely that the shark had no intention of killing/eating you. Given the sharpness of their teeth and their bite strength it's inconceivable that a shark won't bite right through it's intended prey. Biting a human in half would be like a hot knife through butter for them. I imagine wet suits and surf boards aren't high on their list of favourite foods though.

 

A bit off on a tangent there. I think the sharks in GTA V will attack on occasion.

you should really add the option "i don't know" because we have nothing more than a screenshot that shows a shark, so how can you be so sure about wether the shark will bite???

 

and if they do, i hope that there won't be that many sharks around in the ocean like in far cry 3.

I guess they will make it a bit like in Far Cry 3.

You can fite against the shark if he is attacking you.

It will probably be a short interactive cutscene where you have to push certain buttons quick to get away

Sharks dont bite they eat! but its such a rare thing in reality im not sure if they will include it. Maybe one problem shark that keeps killing swimmers and coastguards and eventually we have to go out and wrestle with it as a mission

I want the sharks in V to be rare (as in you can try for an hour and only find one) super mean (as in whoa okay that ain't good) and basically swimming tanks (as in almost impossible to kill, but possible)... if everybody has a Jaws Acievement it will mean nothing, but imagine if you have to put like 400+ rounds of M4 .223 into it or hit it 8x with a harpoon...

 

I personally do now want to wade hip deep out into the ocean, bap it on the nose and watch it flip belly up and see an achievement thingy pop up... that would be severely disappointing to me. But then the most fun I had with Red Dead Redemption's achievements were killing cougars and bears with knives. Felt like I actually earned those because they were difficult.
