Los Santos County Sheriff Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 I was thinking about the fourth character slot that GI mentioned was present in the protag switching screen. Im thinking it might be a slot for a player made character that you use when your not doing missions. Like a free roam only kind of thing. When you want to do missions you switch to one of the main three protags, but if you just was to f*ck around you can switch to your custom made character and just go nuts. ill-thoughts Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 if we can use our created character in the single player world, that would make GTA5 an instant buy for me....and would also satisfy the people who want a female character. im guessing R* has learned from Saints Row 2 and 3 that people want to play as the people they create sometimes. im also guessing single player will transfer into multiplayer much like RDR and Midnight Club LA. wherever you are in the single player world, thats where youll be when you sign online into a freeroam lobby world and you can join matches from there. you know, at first i wasnt hyped about GTA5 at all....but now im started to get REALLY interested Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hair, eyes, skin tone etc. A huge selection of clothes, etc. And also play as him/ her in single player. Why has this not been done? Interesting. Got a link for that please? I wish I did. I read it in the big GI preview they did last month. As I recall they said that the character switching screen was accessed by pressing start and navigating to it in the menu. The article says they only saw it briefly, but there was a selection for the three main protagonist and a fourth that was empty. If we had as many choices as we had in Red Dead, or if we had it like Red Dead but could mix and match...so sort of like Max Payne 3....
