fameframe Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 It would be cool if we could have those scary moments in the game, since the country side is big, imagine how it would be at night away from city life, with nothing but the moonlight. Imagine your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. Also what about the underwater aspect? When youre underwater at night there should be that creepy feeling when you're diving YOU PIECE OF **** **** ***** ^$%^$*%**$*#((#(($(*(#*($#*(*#@^$%)^)(^$)%%%*% i have a thread like this search next time you inconsiderate ^%$^&&$ lol calm down dude, weve been waiting years for this game and its about to come out, not many original threads out there. He bought the game for his own entertainment so he will entertain himself however he'll please. Everybody has their own ways of enjoying things. TNAEnigma Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 In SA's woods etc i think they captured the "out doors alone" feeling really well.... obviously there will be people that dont agree, as one or two have posted here already, but i think people like that have 0 imagination, and clearly play the game in a completely different manner... Having just played through Farcry3 i do hope that they capture that danger element from the wildlife. I also would like to see rare events like some that have been mentioned here, for example when walking through the woods at night, you hear footsteps but cant see anyone... keeping yourself composed you start to make your way back towards the nearest town you catch sight of a person moving through the woods too.. at this point the games "sound track" picks up and so does your pace.... sometimes this events in a person chasing/jumping out on you, sometimes its nothing... If they do add this type of thing, i hope it is actually rare... like rare to the point its abit of an "online myth" for the first few months til more people start experiencing it. Obviously some people wont get the benifit of such events becuase they will "Use the health cheat".. or they are just badass [ *sigh* ] Well Dude that is AWESOME. Glenny94 Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 I am also fond of this idea. But I don't want it to feel repetitive. I mean, maybe it could be like those strangers you met in GTA IV. They appeared almost never, but when they did it was quite interesting. So, for example, if you're out in the ocean just swimming and playing around, with no other particular thing to do, you could be attacked by sharks. OR PIRATES! Haha, I don't know, but I do like the idea that OP points out. But I don't want it to become something you can see happening, or something that's bound to happen if you go to one special place in the game. I want it to be relative and fun. RPG the CJ wanna be Diving at night and.... idk... it doesnt work. We wont be scared of Ghost, we'll follow them It can be, you can make it. If you walk all alone IRL in a dark alley, unless you think about scary things, you won't be so afraid, I believe. @OP - I hope there's going to be scarecrow myths in the desert/countryside in the middle of a corn farm, we may do some missions there for an old grampa sitting in his rockin' chair, imagine during a sunset going there hearing stories about a living scarecrow roaming around the big corn farm. Or stories about chupacabras roaming around the big mountain trees and bushes, attacking people from behind without being noticed, out of nowhere. I can't wait.. As it's LA it needs gangs, and they need to be tougher and out in force. If you walk on the wrong corner, you could get jumped by a group of 10+ GTA V's version of the orange county skin heads, skin heads are terrifying!
