So anyways when do R* start making the storys for gta's? ALMOST610 Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Well planning starts before the last game is finished but development can start any time after the last release, usually the first plans are made during development of the previous game as they are building they think of things that would be cool to have and either include them in that release or put them off til the next game.
