gsbadreligion Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Obviously if you start a rampage in the city you will see cops really quickly, but the country side shouldn't be as heavily enforced by the feds. Swat probably should take a while to get to the countryside rather than a bank in los santos. Do you expect respawn times for emergency vehicles to change along with the enviornment/placement?
