gremlinkurst Posted January 7, 2013 Share Posted January 7, 2013 I was reluctantly forced to award myself the Too Stupid To Live award because I thought H was refusing to sell me weapons and other items stocked in his van. I misunderstood the in-game directions for purchasing said inventory items, believing that only the W and S keys could be used to select the offensive and defensive paraphernalia. I tell you, it was really chapping my arse, because that Advanced Sniper (probably based on the German-engineered DSR-1) is the best available long-range weapon for taking out hostiles before they get within personal threat-range. I accidentally hit one of the lateral arrow keys (which work as well as the letter keys) and found the answer to my predicament: Use A and D keys, and you can access all of the desired items. (Sigh!) Now the only weapon I can't get in the van is the golden Uzi (I renew the ammo for that weapon by staging a six-star stand-off aboard the Platypus, from inside the galley, taking advantage of a clipping glitch).
