I've never considered gameplay to spoil anything unless it relates to the story or unknown features, so yes I probably would.

Plenty will get it early, just like all big games, people get games 4-5 days early here, I highly doubt i'll watch anything, I want to open the case on release day, put the game in and be completely surprised by the map and all stuff like that, so I doubt i'd watch.

Not always true. I spoiled myself on Just Cause 2 a few months back on videos and I still bought the game and enjoyed it ALOT

Hell, I want the first time I see the map to be when I pause the game when I first start playing, let alone actual gameplay with the HUD and everything (I'll probably have to start avoiding the forums if I find out they released the map on the website or something). I can understand the excitement but sometimes delayed gratification is worth it. I've ruined a lot of games for myself, including GTA IV, and I definitely don't want to do the same with GTA V, having waited so long for it. I want it to be like my experiences with GTA III and SA when I was a kid, where I only knew about their existence when I actually had the game and was playing it, only this time I'll actually appreciate the experience.

 

I mean, by "ruining" games for myself, I don't really mean it in such a melodramatic way. I've perfectly enjoyed these games afterwards, it's just that the initial experience was less than it could have been, because I've already experienced it before I should have, and it wasn't as fun as it could have been because I watched it instead of played it. So with GTA V I want it to go right.

Um... Pretty sure I was watching people playing IV on ustream roughly a week or two before it was released. The same could happen again.

 

Oh and even before the gameplay leaks, somehow the intro cutscene of IV leaked if I recall.

 

I voted yes, I know it would be ideal not to look at it but it would be way too hard to resist unfortunately. Let's hope it just doesn't leak at all .
