Like maybe there is a huge surge of news coverage on him and that turns him infamous/famous. Imagine trevor dealing with the vinewood paparazzi lmao. Maybe when you turn the tv on youbsee him scowling at camaras and fans. Sounds weird but it could play in to the story.. This is los angeles ya know. I doubt he'll be famous in the entire game. It would make playing as him quite a chore. He'll probably get some heat though from rival gang members. If you think about the part were he says about the crank going through trevor phillips enterprise, or it ain't going, hes trying to extort people. What i get from the 'bodies' and 'contracts' part is he is saying, "You said you wouldn't pay me so look what i done, now i'll be round later for my money." He is obviously threatining people. Hmm, I dunno. I think might just be a cinematic affect for the trailer. Traditionally whenever a shot in a movie or show is through the eyes of an in plot camera the generic "Rec" and time stamps annotations are present. Thought it was obvious that the shot shows an ingame video recording. Trevor recorded a video message to, someone, I guess. Either Michael or Franklin hold the camera filming him. I think the shaky camera view is more just to emphasize Trevor as an unstable character. I don't think it is an indicator of a camera filming the scene. But when he says "just ignore the bodies" it seems odd to me the way he stares directly into the camera. It even looks as if his attention is focused upwards even. It's hard for me to picture who he could be talking to. Could it be someone standing on a truck? And even so why wouldn't whoever he's talking to just high-tail it out of there? My guess is that he's speaking to someone friendly. Either Michael, Franklin, or someone else entirely. It could be something like you're given a mission to buy a gas station, but when you show up there's like drug addicts living there, and then a fire fight occurs. If you went into the mission as Trevor, both Michael and Franklin will show up late to the party, and that's when Trevor says, "I'll swing by and sign the contracts, just ignore the bodies."
