rockstar already announced today that Vice City will come to PS3 and thats pretty big so i think we will not see the box art tomorrow but after the weekend. they got until Thursday so they better hurry!

To be honest, the 31st will make it look like they finished it last minute just to respect the January deadline. Monday the 28th would be better, Vice City release on PSN the next day, and maybe some more GTAV news toward the end of the week.
