Just the publisher? I think it would be the publisher who decides whether a demo or other marketing initiatives are needed or not. The developer only creates the game and that's it. DMA Design or Rockstar North, it hardly matters as long as the publisher is the same. It's just a name change which reflects the Rockstar umbrella. Noire, Rockstar had to do a gameplay series to show us what the game would play like and what features were added. They show us something we have seen before already, just from another perspective... Would've been cooler to see something else from the underwater environment or something like that... I prefer this, we saw plenty new stuff in the christmas screenshots and i bet that this is just Rockstar's way of also keeping plenty back, as they said they would. I like it! Yea, okay, but why always Trevor and his beloved Vinewood sign? I mean, they could've given us a nice panoramic shot of the Vinewood hills, would've been cool aswell. I'll rather have three screenshots, which basically show the same rather than three screenshots, which reveal three new and unique features. Just an example, but I like that they don't feed us with all the cool stuff to be revealed within the game.
