Frank.s
Very nice, i hope you use unopieceo's High Quality GTAIII cars for this, they would fit perfectly. Unopieceo's vehicles should be freshly converted to GTAIV format using Alexander Blades max scripts because current converted versions were made with using a crappy method with zmodeler and have bugs (for example the wrong camera distance bug that Zmodeler gets). alex8ball
real Russia is not wealthy or poor areas, communism or lenin everywhere. It is style of architecture and coloring< also tymecycle. LC is American style or English. Feel the difference. Further more those 16floor builds on first screen have infrastucture like playng area and stupid drivers who park cars in green area making dirt. commercial areas includes architecture of 16-18 centuries, sculptures. Look at game "BUMER SORVANNIE BASHNEE" it has style in maps. Only maps are quite reallistic Give me a definition of "real Russia", Communism it's a party actually))) Edited October 24, 2015 by alex8ball_BRATVA
DamnedDev
Question here i understand you want to create Russia in Portland but i hope it doesn't look odd. I was thinking try doing alot of remodeling portland with subtle changes and than have some russian to it. Because i have a feeling it could look odd with russian 100% on portland. John, I don't think he's planing to add the Red Square or that bigass Moscow cathedral right in the middle of it. I like how he's using soviet-looking housing projects in place of the ones that were already there, makes it look fresh.

I wouldn't mind a little russain here and there. But if too much it may ruin the feel in my opinion. Hope he balances it.

If he were to put a giant hammer & sickle on the side and a statue of Lennin in the front, then that would be overdoing it. But at this point so far, it isn't that bad. Only time can tell. MIXAZZZ
Some changes in the project. I decided to combine the two into one intensive development: - Experimental ring (everything is ready except LOD'ov, collisions) - Portland Liberty (in development) - Largest continent, bounded on the edges of the six-lane ring road, 15 km long in a circle (the prototype of the Ring Road from Moscow) 8M Poly over.
