Life in Liberty City RP was so successful, people still message me and still apply for it so I figured, give them what they want and still run this RP. It will be simple, one week will be for LiLC and the next will be for BB&B and then again. Both RP have their own applications so people will have to fill out both of them. Thanks to Nic_23 for the GFXs "Let the good times roll." Everybody thinks that gangs are a group of people fighting others and only thinking about themselves. What they have forgotten about are the MCs, for they are not just petty gangs with no meaning they are a brotherhood. They go by their own rules which is no rules, they express their anger towards their enemies by ruthless violence, and have fun and give authority the finger, they do everything every man wants to do. Being part of a brotherhood means you must be able to contribute greatly to your brothers either by bringing in good income, taking care of problems, and most importantly, always have your brother's back. It is never easy but you'll get use to it after a while. You have many choices for this life. 1. You can join a Motorcycle Club and help them gain power and respect, play your cards right and you can climb up the ranks and enjoy the benefits. 2. You can create your own MC and start off small time and fight your way to the top of the food chain. 3. You can be a lone ranger riding solo going by your own rules, you can volunteer to do some muscle work but when you want to join a gang, you can. 4. Be whatever you want to be. You think you can make it in this crazy city as a biker? We'll have to see it for ourselves. 1. When somebody is pointing a firearm at you, you must act scared unless you are carrying a protection weapon then you can defend yourself. Until you do get a protection weapon, it's your choice to be scared or fight an armed man with your fist. 2. Randomly killing someone is not acceptable, you must have a reason to engage in such a tragic action. A serious reason for example: "He tried to kill me so I defended myself." or "He owes the boss a lot of money so we have to give him his last receipt.". Never kill someone for reason, for example: "I was bored." or "He gave me a dirty look." etc.... 3. If your character dies you have to make a new character. If you died because a crazy and drunk taxi driver hit you then you have to make a new character and set up a funeral if you want, but you have to create a new character. Also no revenge killing, if you are killed, then that character is either going to Heaven or Hell so don't avenge your previous character's death. 4. If you are being chased do not do a zig-zag motion to prevent being shot, either get to cover or just run. This Roleplay is all about realism, so we must be realistic at all times. 5. You can have family members in this Roleplay. You can have brothers, sisters, and cousins. You can also have a girlfriend(s), an ex-girlfriend(s), a wife, or an ex-wife(s). A common question often heard on the streets of Liberty. I'll tell how to survive, just go with your instincts. If your character is a person who is involved in criminal activities then what the hell but make sure your crimes are at a controllable rate. Remember, you do not want to be a victim, be as intimidating as possible so nobody messes with you. Make sure you're in friendly territory because if caught in enemy turf, you better hope you came heavily armed. Have the right reputation on the streets. Do some muscle work for your preferred MC, or if you have a connect of any sort help your preferred MC, gain the trust of MC members and make them vouch for you. There are a number of ways to get known, go ahead to try your best to be known but make sure you get the right recognition. You can not just create one right away, there are requirements. First and foremost is your reputation, make sure people see you as a leader and be sure that they'll follow. Second is your funds, you need to have at least 100,000 dollars to start. Third is your preferred clubhouse, below is a list of vacant clubhouses that could be used. Fourth is your colors, choose a specific so others could be able to tell other gangs apart. And last, the most important is you gang name along with a patch that you can request. There are so many ways of expanding, some of which are very common. Taking over businesses and get discounts on whatever they supply, make fronts for drug transporting and such, bribe police officers to give the chance to take out enemy businesses, etc. You can also be creative with your expansion. Like expanding a gang you must have a chain of businesses and fronts and strong connections. Having connections for drugs gives you large amounts of money, having connections for fire-arms gives you the advantage of any attack of battle, having connections with garages will make sure your vehicles are always repaired at a discount, and a lot more. Having a strong empire will make you feared nobody will want to mess with you. There are two types of cops in this city, good cops and bad cops. But no matter what they protect these streets and always manage to bring in major criminals. This RP will have up to five officers. The cops are feared in this city because of their ruthless strategies to bring down any criminal. They can be undercover as a biker or do what they do as honest police officers. Can also be used as an ordinary garage gaining a fair income. $15,000 BOABO Junkyard BOABO Front $1,500+ This junkyard is always good for storing drugs and guns in the container that remains at the middle. $12,000 Iroquois Ave. Apartment Hove Beach Hangout Depends A vacant place for private parties and meetings. The only way you can gain income from this place is if you do drug deals in it. 10,500 East Hook Warehouse East Hook Hangout, Front $3,500+ A spacious warehouse on the docks where you can easily store you imported shipments in. Keeping drugs and guns there can be good for selling there as well. $17,000 Ron Gas Station East Hook Garage $1,000+ A place of repairs especially for the gang also free gasoline in case you ever need any. $13,500 East Docks Charge Island Front $8,000+ The main use is the ship which ships out every month to Vice City and Los Santos. I comes back full of "stuff" once a month. Order shipments from other states or countries, ready the ship, then let it sail and it'll return in a month with a lot of merchandise. $22,000 Sprunk Factory South Bohan Front $2,000+ An abandoned beverage factory to the eyes of civilians and police officers, but to the gangs it is a bank. Perfect for storing drugs and guns and a good hiding place for when being chased by cops and enemy gangs. $10,500 South Bohan Garage South Bohan Business $1,500+ A simple garage that is operated like that. Cars come in, in need of repairs and it gets what it wants. May not seem like much but the amount of money this garage makes piles up at a good rate. $15,000 Industrial Garage Industrial Front, Business $2,000+ This chain of garages gives gangs opportunities use it a safe place to contain vehicles for drug runs. To avoid getting attention from the feds, it is also used as an ordinary garage. $15,500 The Triangle Club Industrial Hangout, Front, Business $5,000+ A classy gentlemen's club that brings in a lot of income from the entertainment and secret drug dealings. The perfect hangout for the gangs....Bikes outside, Rounds of beer, and large amounts of booty. $20,000 Fish Market Warehouse and Dock Fish Market South Front $6,500+ Good for importing and exporting, doing so will give you a more subtle way of transporting drugs and guns across the city. Also it can get you connections from other states giving you more valuable product. $18,500 Chinatown Gun Shop Chinatown Front $4,000+ An underground firearm distribution racket is always beneficial. Get weapons that are hard to find at a discount. No license needed. If the feds catch you, you have no idea where you got it from. $12,500 Northwood Garage Lot Northwood Hangout, Business $3,500+ A big lot that is a good place to hang out and have ravaging parties. But the money maker is the garage which has some of the best mechanics in Liberty City which bring in a lot of income. $15,000 Purgatory Irish Bar Purgatory Hangout, Business, Front $4,500+ A nice little bar that is a great place to hang out and have meetings in. As far as everybody else know, the bar is a regular bar but the smartest criminal can make it into a profitable front. Thanks to closed garage behind the bar, it is a perfect place for a drug processing lab which is worth a fortune. $15,000 Purgatory Garage Complex Purgatory Hangout Depends A spacious garage complex which is perfect for events, parties, meetings, etc. $17,000 East Holland Apartment Complex East Holland Hangout, Front $5,000+ This place may be right next to the police station but it is an opportunity to make some real money and get your name known. From teh outside it is an apartment building that seems harmless but in the inside it is actually a drug den and whore house. People come in and either do their drugs or get some hole from the prostitute. To the gang that run it, it is also a nice hangout. $21,000 CGC Boat Yard Castle Gardens City Business Depends Only used for shipping purposes. There isn't a specific income range, it depends on how much you gain from doing your business. $19,500 Quarter Warehouse The Meat Quarters Business, Front Depends A warehouse that is mainly used for storage. A discreet place for storing drugs and guns when the police have an APB out on you. Deals can happens in this property, it's better to do them in the roof of the apartment building but it's up to you. $10,000 Port Tudor Warehouse Port Tudor Business, Front $20,000+ Whoever runs this place runs the entire Port Tudor which is a very big benefit. You have ships for big cargo, a warehouse for storage, not to mention access to semi trucks. To gain this property you need to have $25,000 to pay just for the warehouse and $20,000 more for the Port access. You also need garages and other places for storage, if not then running this place will be hard, you need to be ready. $32,000 Honkers Tudor Hangout, Business $9,000+ Everybody knows about Honkers and it is a great place to run because of it's daily visits. It is a great source of income and a great hangout. $15,000 Old Refinery Acter Industrial Park Front $6,000+ The tanks of the Old Refinery can be used as a Heroin processor, you load them on large containers, transport them to your drug lab and have them finalize it. $24,000 There are many ways of doing business and the result is always different. Before you continue you must know how to negotiate, know the buyer or seller, don't ever go alone, always be prepared for anything, have everything (merchandise or money), and make sure the cops aren't involved. If you can do that then you should have no problem. Drug Dealing One of the main ways of business. It seems easy to those who are striving to get rich quick but it's quite complicated than it looks. Don't get greedy, if your in a gang, contribute to them. Greed can only get you killed. The next way is arms dealing. Arms Dealing Arms dealing means you are a great asset to other gangs. Arms dealing is different than selling basic guns to people. It means you can bring large shipments of weapons and sell them for a profit. Gangs will want to check to see if you are reliable, once they see that you are they'll want to make you their main connect for weapons. You can be a connect for other gangs at the same time but it will cause conflicts so try to be discreet of your actions. Their jobs are incredibly nonsense, their lifestyle cannot be called a lifestyle, and the money is there waiting for them to take it but they act as if there is no such thing as hidden wealthiness. I have found the hidden wealthiness and I am bringing it to you, all you have to do is spend it wisely. Like a wise man once said "we are blessed and cursed". -Big Smoke. Just live it and live it properly, drug addicts die early you know (lol). Each player will start off with $3,000 and a free car from the selection of beginner's cars. If your character is a person who is involved in criminal activities then what the hell but make sure your crimes are at a controllable rate. For innocent characters, you could buy a weapon for protection (Glock 17, bat, or knife). For criminal characters, if you are going to own a weapon it has to fit your weapon license. You must have a name and one neighborhood you want to control. The max amount of members in a gang is five. If you wish to have banners regarding your gang, post here please. You may also start with one vehicle for your gang from the beginner's cars selection. The same goes for mafia's and street gangs. Don't think it's going to be easy, because it's not. To expand your gang you must either take over a neighborhood that has not been touched yet or you can attack other gangs and gain their territory. But watch out, the police are always watching. Attacking other gangs is one way of expanding but you also have to extort any and every business owner in that neighborhood. You want to start a business, all you have to do is get enough money to buy a small bar or something. When you start off as a newbie in the RP, you get $3,000 which should be enough for a place to live and a car. If you save your money and work at a business for a while, you could own your business using your hard earned money. But owning a business means you either have to rent it or earn enough money to buy the whole thing. It's for a good cause. Expanding your business will happen if you own a business and not just renting it. Once you do own it, you could do some advertising around town either by announcing it on a public radio, hosting wild parties, getting a criminal organization to help you out and lots more. If you own a bar, you could start a happy hour which will gain you popularity, if you host a nightclub you could do crazy events that will also gain you popularity and so on and so forth. They are all over and they are always ready In this RP you will be provided with insurance such as life insurance, vehicle insurance, and property insurance. Each insurance type will have to be paid monthly (every 5 RP's). The host of the RP will run the insurance companies unless some people would like to run an insurance company that's fine by me. The insurance selection will be down below. Property Union Property Insurance (U.P.I.) This insurance company is for houses in the Dukes, Broker, and Bohan. They provide you with security, help with rent, and will give you money in case your house is has been damage in anyway. We also help our client's with either buying or selling a house, we help with cost and we help our client's sell their houses in a easier process. You pay only $500.00 a month and pay half of your rent. High-end Property Insurance(H.E.P.I.) This insurance company is an expensive company that takes care of homes in Algonquin. They provide you with security, help with rent, and will give you money in case your house is has been damage in anyway. This insurance collect's rent every week of $500.00 with a total of $2,500.00 a month. If you want to buy a house in Algonquin, you must consult with an H.E.P.I. agent to inform him that you are wanting to buy a house in Algonquin. He will set up an account with H.E.P.I. Quartz Property Insurance (Q.P.I.) Quartz Property Insurance was established 1932 in Alderny and basically what they do is provided you help with rent but security is included for free. If your home is damaged, you shall receive money from the bank of $3,000.00 and will provide you with a temporary home if necessary. You pay $350.00 every two weeks (every two RP's) which should total up to $700.00 a monthly. The gang and character application look pretty much identical. So yes, you will be able to create your own. I don't see why there are all these jobs. We were talking about just biker stuff when we talked about this. I think you should add trucks to the vehicles list, and maybe erase the jobs? We're still working on this together, right? Didn't you talk about LiLC'RP v3 to come after this RP? Because this just seems like another LiLCRP, only with the option to be a biker and have a clubhouse. You can create an MC but you need followers and $250,000 to create one. There will be a Gang Creation app but it can only be filled out once the person has the requirements. @Mike That is how the app is suppose to be.
