Do you really think R* is some almighty force that instantly haves control over him or something? Clearly this guy is not all that rational to begin with so him posting his contact info on the web might not be smart but R* has no f*cking ability to stop him from doing that... they're not God you know. Unless he openly advertises that he is voicing Trevor, he isn't doing anything wrong. Your theory on him seeking attention is bullsh*t, he can get all the publicity he wants through Twitter and Youtube.

 

The way he reacted (if it's 100% true) is a normal reaction for someone who CLEARLY doesn't know how to deal with this kind of thing. He can't confirm it but doesn't want to deny it... maybe because both the other protags are identified as well. He just can't flat out say it's him. Do you think a drugee comedian like him gives a flying f*ck what gamers think? He wouldn't care for leading us on about a VA job for christ' sake.

Not at all. But I DO KNOW that GTA is a multi Billion dollar franchise and that they surely have Non Disclosure Clauses in the actors' contracts which ban them from speaking about them. Believe me when I tell you that if Rockstar said, "Hey Rob, we'dike you to shut down your twitter." and he was actually Trevor (which he isn't) he would shut it the hell down.

 

Further, do you really Rockstar would risk a Billion dollar franchise on some "druggie comedian" as you call him?

 

They have pretty much blackballed Michael Hollick, and all he dared do was complain that his union contract stunk.

 

Let's look at simple reason and FACT:

Ned Luke: discovery made...Twitter closed...Facebook gone private

Shawn Fonteno: discovery made...Twitter closed

Rob Shapiro supposedly discovered...Exchanges numbers, has chats, becomes BFFs with random forum posters.

 

What's wrong with this picture? I'm not trying to start a fight, I am talking LOGIC. Put aside you rhostility towards me, and your desire to make a grand discovery, and you will see that what I am saying makes perfect sense,a nd what you guys are shilling makes absolutely zero sense. I would love to know what Trevors actor's name is. Keep looking but, Jesus, find a credible choice. This guy IN MY OPINION is not that choice.

We should all analyze the situation before making stupid assumptions. it seems so far we have just been battling assumptions.

 

Analysis:

1. Rob has received some messages on his twitter about GTA 5

2. Rob has not responded to any written messages having to do with GTA

3. Rob has allegedly been called on the phone and allegedly avoided answering any questions pertaining to GTA 5

4. Rob and Trevor share facial similarities

5. Rob and Trevor are both middle-aged

6. Rob and Trevor have vocal similarities

7. There are currently NO comments regarding GTA 5 on Rob's twitter.

 

feel free to add more to the analysis. these should NOT be assumptions, like "R* would have closed Rob's twitter!"

Somebody on here a while ago kept saying he thought it was Johnny Knoxville, and at first i thought 'what the hell? there is no resemblance at all'
