Uh guys sory for the noob question but is it possible to add a gang car for vercetti gang using a main scm? For android

Is it possible to add a gang car using main.scm file???

What AceDpiddy meant was he wanted the Vercetti gang to drive Sabre Turbos, using "0236: set_gang 6 car_to #SABRETUR". It doesn't seem to work.

Instead of #SABRETUR use the car's ID (click on #SABRETUR in Sanny Builder and the numer will show up at the bottom).

yess u can m8, but you need to flash it through ADB fastboot with twrp 3.4a recovery, your also need s-off and change your CID number to VODAP304, then the mod will work.

playing in right now on my htc 10 :)

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this here if so sorry. I found this cool save editor tool that works great with the android version of VC. I use it to change the gangs weapons, change positions of item pickups and weapons, add and change parked vehicles where ever you want and a much more. The save editor is easy to use.

Does somebody have a modifed gta_vc.set with maximum draw distance (Android) ?

I have already maxed out the ingame settings, but cars and some buildings still pop out.

I found this facebook page of a guy that's working on the draw distance. It looks like he also working on enterable cut-scene interiors but he wont give links to download yet. Don't know if this is fake or not. https://www.facebook.com/Vice-City-Android-Improved-323280821195326/

I finally found a "Patch" to fix the missing interior textures for android but when I try to install it on my tablet it gives me an error. Can someone successfully install this and tell me how to install this correctly. I'm just wondering if there is some way to transfer and replace the important files from that and put it in own own vc apk files if that's even possible for the texture fix. I know you cant over wright the gta3.img files in android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb folder because it totally screws everything up and doesn't work. Tried apkeditor but that never works for me because I always get a "Amazon appstore Unknown error" when trying to start the game.

Thanks. If it does work with apkeditor I might just rebuy vc for google play. Hate doing that but I really love this game.

I think the apk problem is rather amazon device protection against piracy, so rebuying on GP would be throwing money out of window

It's not really an amazon device. I'm using a shield tablet that can use amazon app store so I don't know.

Yea same thing happened when just trying to just overwrite the files. In that link the up loader in the comments just gave the important files instead of the full obb. try replacing and using those. See if that works.

I think that thing has just older apk that loads PC (or generic) dff just right.

Maybe you know how to change the language, i try run "moded" version but on my android 5 doesn't work, and i try modify .obb file in 7-ZIP and.... again doesn't work.

Here is hires textures that also replaces the papers with vice voice and candy suxx papers. Replace gta3img.txt in the apk using apkeditor and put the dxt folder files in the com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb folder. I'm guessing the dxt folder works only with Tegra shield tablet? The only problems I have is the 2 rockstar billboards are missing in little Havana and sometimes the textures take a second to load. http://libertycity.ru/files/gta-vice-city-ios-android/62559-hq-textures-pack-lite-version.html

ETC Texture fix by CP (CityPoke)

 

Installation:

Copy files into Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb and overwrite it.

I know this has been a year since this reply but does anyone know the file names in the obb that all the interior textures are located? I might have made a breakthrough with this.
