Burner
I was looking at The Art of GTA IV book, and there is a pic of a Ruiner with one of those car bras on the front. Did that actually appear in the final game? I've played alot of IV and do not recall seeing that variation of the Ruiner. I check the car wikis and they also do not mention this variation. Just curious if this is a beta variant or something.
Tycek
Either beta vehicle or some graphic bug made on the artwork. You can't find any car with "car bra" in IV.

Hmmm nice bike
Is it just concept art, or an actual pre-release model of the car? I don't think any cars in IV had the front end bras on them. If it's a 3d model of the car, it was just something cosmetic that they decided to remove in the end for whatever reason.
Burner
This is the best I could get, as it is rather small pic in the book. As you can see, it is an ingame shot with the background cut out. I extracted the 3D model from the game, and that part is not in with the extras. I wonder why it was removed. The Ruiner is based on the 80's Camaro, and alot of those Camaros had those car bras on the front.
Hmmm nice bike
Weird that it was removed then, maybe the designers just didn't like the way it looked with the bra on.
albanyave
I've never seen any car bras in the game.
