So what you think did Shoreside Vale safehouse in GTA 3 can be CJ Flat ? http://gta.wikia.com/North_West_Towers Because Catalina Mansion in 1998 belongs to Donald Love, and Staunton Island safehouse are Yakuza Property. I have watched the GTA San Andreas - The Movie (on the Rockstar youtube channel) and it was clear that he lived in Portland.
