The only ill-effect booze should have is if you get behind the wheel. You should be impaired to the point that you can barely see the road (think blur here) and or can't even open the car door. I'm just not the one to become impaired to the point of missing steps. Yes I have stumbled when hammered but missing steps? C'mon mane, only women do that sh*t. Seriously? I don't mean try to act sober, I mean act/be drunk, in IV he essentially just turned into a man sized baby. You watch how he walks. When your drunk in IV you cannot make it up to an overhead railway platform because you can't walk up stairs. Now you saying " to see how euphoria works", well it should make him try to stop himself falling by throwing his balance the other way, like how we've all done when drunk, this is what euphoria was designed for, but in IV it and you just fall flat on your face. (not fun IMO) It can be a fun visual by making it more realistic in the sense that you may be swerving all over and your balance is off but you can get further than ten feet and not die because you fell. It was kinda like RDR Dead eye. I wonder if they will put something like this into V. Maybe an adrenaline pill that we can take when WE want would be cool. Throw a grenade into a crowd of peds and see them fly slo-mo is the best, just needs to last a lot longer. Having them in your inventory would be second to none imo. And all characters should be able to enter a few drinking establishments, but each protag has their signature place i.e. Franklin a crowded nightclub, Michael an uptown bar and Trevor a rough and dirty salloon style bar out in the desert. You must be drinking the wine then. Now that....I stay away from. Drinking over half a bottle of Jack Daniels had me stumbling off of a 5 foot wide path. Trying to walk straight, end up in the woods to the right. Anyways, one thing I've really wanted was to be able to get drunk and go to bars in free roam with friends.
