GTA SA Complete Edit [WIP]

Hi guys I'm making a full edit GTA SA. Adding cars, switching sounds, changing music in radio stations and adding other stuff.

So if you would like to add something to the mod reply but credit the author of the mod.

Also you can back me up or help me by cresting or searching for some stuff for me.

I'll try to not add CLEO mods because they really crash your game, but if somebody has a fix for that then go ahead.

I'd need for now (I'll keep updating) a new HUD but a good one, a full edited and not a GTA IV one!

A tutorial on how to add Carmods (so you can add tuneable cars to the game) but a youtube tutorial with subtitles. (If possible)

Some good racetracks (map mods).

Just post them in comments and I'll see if I'll add it (Everybody will be created for at least trying to help).

I'll need a good beta tester that has a good computer because my PC sucks Donkey Penis (lol).

I'll release updates, screenshots and the beta tester will release video gameplays that I will update in this post.

So guys I'll still release the Builds for you to test and to report any bugs you see.

The textures such as Grass (Project Oblivion) or Car lights will be accepted unless I have good ones.

Now scripts will be accepted if they pass my expectations or tests.

!!IMPORTANT!! Clothes, skins and other stuff like that is counted as Textures.

Map edits is counted as Maps!

ENB and other graphic mods are counted as Textures.

I, later WE have not done much yet but will be a HUGE Edit and will try to make it SA:MP Compatible.

The editors that help me will have to Install a Fresh GTA SA and edit the Sector given to him.

You have quite some questions... All about modding, so I moved this to "III other".

I created and played lots of CLEO mods, and they all worked for me...

I'm not a kind of person that would give up after 3 weeks.

The GTA SA will be different than GTA anybody yet created.

NOT A Mod pack it will be a full game with mods working.

 

The CLEO mods has always crashed for me, I don't know why. I got 5 CLEO mods and the game is crashing after 10 mins, and without them the game is never crashing.

So basically it is a pirated GTA SA with mods from other modders, but without their permission and with your name in huge letters in the credit list. Well all you need is a name now... Maybe 'Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Ultra Super Mega Dubstep HD 2013'?

 

Seriously, you cant just put all (in YOUR opinion) cool mods in the game and simply put the credits of the original authors in a little hidden ReadMe file. Not every modder will give you the permission, some of them won't be contactable, so it's just a matter of time until you just start stealing them.

The other thing is that it's forbidden to upload any full games to filesharing sites because it is illegal. You are not the developer of the game, so you dont have any permissions to do that.

And all those modpacks generally don't make much sense. People mostly download them because they are way to lazy to look and pick mods they like by theirselves, so they download those stupid packs and then they uninstall them because they dont like 50% of the mod content.

I advise you to stop wasting your time with that modpack/full modded game because it will be deleted from every site due copyright violation and the modders which report it because it contains their stolen work, if you dont want to get banned.

Anyhow, how much of this is original content made by you? Honestly, I don't believe that you're willing to see this through to the end. Numerous people have tried large conversions before and most have given up. Explain how this will be different.

3. Actually a lot of people but that doesnt matter. It's simply illegal and gtaforums doesnt support that.
