How to mod Peds

Hello i am new here and i have a little problem with my GTA 4

maybe this question has been posted earlier but i cant find anything about it.

 

i just have downloaded a character (MarsAttack) wich u can see in the link below

i want to make ALL the peds look like this character i just downloaded

want to make a look a like alien invasion to my GTA 4

 

i got 3 files in this download

 

m_y_prison.wdd file

m_y_prison.wft file and a

m_y_prison.wtd file

 

i dont know where i need to put/replace these files

if i need to rename it for every ped iam willing to do that

but is it even possible what i want to do with my GTA 4 ?

This Topic Can be Closed, I fixed myself

 

i used Open IV to open the ComponentPeds.img file and there is a HUGE list of 3 files for each person in the game

replacing the mod files with the files in the img file will do it work for me
