The reason that stands out it confirms my thoughts that the game has been done since 2011. Imagine having a whole year of 2012 to play the game and the multiplayer, and just keep adding sh*t? If you had read the interview correctly, he said they also took people from RDR and LA Noire development team to work on the engine, and since LA Noire was only released for PC end of 2011, that would make no sense at all. I dont think this game is complete. They need to make sure its not a remix of GTA 4. We need to see lots of new things seeing as it might be the last one on this gen. They should keep adding features that players can be hooked on to. Otherwise it could end up a 3 month to 9 month game. Lots of cool things have been suggested and if i was the developer I would have addressed the fans as to why 90% of those things have not been included. Its all good anyways fans will buy the game regardless! Every developer is different. Some take suggestions onboard and conduct surveys. Others do things the way the see fit. When they could have just stopped thinking in 2011, not added anymore, and sent us bare bones or something not well thought through. They are still implementing new ideas and such which means a lot to me as a consumer. I can only imagine their final hurrah on the PS3/Xbox360 generation of systems.
