I think it will only be used as a front to rob the jewelry place. The missions leading up to it may go into detail on how the company is made, getting the van, the gun, the masks, ect. Rockstar said alot of missions will be leading up to heists... so I think that may be the case here. The company could be used as a front for robbery, just like the robbers in the movie The Inside Man used a painting company as a front for robbery. Check it out: Also, Walter White from Breaking Bad used a pest control company called Vamanos Pest in order to secretly cook meth in people's houses. This was the main asset to his criminal empire. Once they rob the joint, the gig is up and they can't use the company anymore.. Agreed. They can only use it as a front one time, because after that, the cops will be all over it. But the missions leading up to it, I bet they will be about forming the front, obtaining the van, the guns... ect. R* said most of the missions will be leading up to the heists. Deffpony Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 In the interviews DH states that the plot centers around several key heists. He also states that choices play a big role. I'm really hoping that these choices are related to the actually heists and not "kill him or save him". It would be nice if we could choose friends to take part in the heists, what getaway vehicles to use, what weapons, how to approach the heist, and which heist to do at which time. Dick Valor Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 On the GI cover, the three protags have clearly just finished pulling off the jewelry store heist (most likely the first of the six major heists in the game). Michael puts away his gas mask as the crew walks down the LS River with the Bugstars van in flames behind them. I suppose that is your answer right there. I can imagine they got the idea from vice city when you buy outfits for do certain missions. The Securicar.They could also get the uniforms, get into the bank which they are robbing as the security guards and get all of the money. And any money in the van too, that'd be a nice idea.
