I don't see why not have it in. Its not like you can't kill them anyway if you really want to. You should also be able to rob taxi drivers/stores/whoever. But that is probably too much to ask for. The ability to rob stores was in GTA IV, so I expect it to be in GTA V as well. I believe it was necessary to kill the person at the cash register though. It does not happen like that in real life. A similar thing happened in Red Dead Redemption though you could press a button to make them give up their money. I can definitely see it being in GTA V. If I remember you can robbed any NPC peds in Saints Row 2 by pointing the gun at them. They automatically give you his/her money. Yeah why not in GTAV? Cool idea man.. I can see like you point your gun at someone in broad daylight with everyone around, they'll give you some money but you'll get a wanted star. And if you rob someone in a dark alley way or night time with hardly anyone around then you'll get the money with no wanted star, but unless you knockout (or kill) the ped without them running off and telling the cops that they've been robbed then you still won't get a wanted star. Also I can see store robberies coming back to but maybe more detailed. Like you can't just walk up there with a gun and no disguise or anything and stick up the counter, the guy behind the counter will either shoot you or trip an alarm and you get THREE stars off the bat! You have to go in there wearing a ski mask or somthing and take out the security cameras if you can. Depending on the factors around you ( witnesses, the area, cameras, etc) and how smoothly you pull off the robbery will determine how many stars you get ( or maybe none at all!) And yes i don't get it either, they have all the possibilities to do it but they don't do robberies, especially i don't get it because in GTA3 there was a guy in blue camouflage shorts(he was kind of a thug) some times he could rob your money in the game.
