You can't all be this ignorant. They didn't for RDR so one would worry about Rockstars ever changing practices. They have two options. Do something about it. Or twiddle their thumbs on blind faith. What would you chose in their situation? Spend 30 seconds signing a petition to show your support or do nothing? I don't know whats more ignorant or arrogant. People say they always release PC version after. Since when were Rockstar so predictable? They always change and do as they feel so I wouldn't be so quick to be so presumtiious. I believe there's a good chance of a PC release. I just wouldn't bank on it given the current situation. A petition can only do for for Rockstars faith in PC industry. Whats wrong with that? I'm a console gamer so it makes no difference to me. Just wondering why there's so much negativity in someone proactively pursuing something, that at this time, is uncertain. Again, they have a consistent history of releasing all of the GRAND THEFT AUTO games on PC months later. Why would they stop now. The only reason there isn't any word on it is because Rockstar is known for their secrecy and there is more of a sales incentive for them to release on consoles first since piracy is much more rampant on the PC. After they've made their money on consoles, they'll toss the fans a bone and release a half assed port. I think R* "owe us" in some sort of way for what happened with GTAIV, I think they want us to believe that they can do a much better PC port this time, which I know they definitely will! (don't ask me how the hell did I came up with this idea, I just have that feeling lol ) And besides, I think GTAIV PC sell out pretty well, so I don't see why they wouldn't make it happen again. A straw man, also known in the UK as an Aunt Sally, is a type of argument and is an informal fallacy based on misrepresentation of an opponent's position. GTA is Rockstar's biggest money maker. That sets it apart from their other games. Even then, RDR is the only example and the future of it is still indefinite since separate studios have different workloads when it comes to creating ports. Rockstar has different studios assigned to different things, its not "all together." Rockstar North is the studio responsible for developing the GTA series while Rockstar San Diego is responsible for RDR. Rockstar Toronto pushed out a sloppy PC port of GTA IV and may very well be working on the RDR port. I can get it for free on console and my conscience will be clean unlike pirating for PC. Why consolits are still f**king using that abortion of a game called RDR2 as an example? I have others though : 1) Is that you hold rosaries in both hands, get on your knees and pray everyday that announcement for a PC version of GTA V will be made by Rockstar soon after the console versions are released. 2) Just forget about GTA V entirely, and resign yourself to the high possibility of not ever getting the chance to play it on PC. 3) If no PC version of GTA V is ever released, keep playing GTA IV and "imagine" in your head that it's GTA V.
