Becouse its your choice to play like that and you can always buy a PC version when it comes out. We have to wait and somehow avoid spoilers I have never seen a console gamer complain that is why i ask the question. Every day i see PC players complaining that they have to wait for the game and make topics such as f*ck you rockstargames f*ck you housers etc Let me think why is that... You are getting trailers, screenshots, previews, articles, bonuses like photoviewers and whole marketing campaign while we will get delayed back-door release and all we can do now is watching you getting excited for the game and hope for R* to deign to announce the PC version Think like this everything you see screenshots to trailers you PC players are going to get better version and higher quality so announcing PC version is not going to change anything. They could have announced that it is coming to PC version and not announce anything about Xbox360/PS3 version, but i know that it will eventually come out for consoles because they have large user base and that means more money for Rockstar. You guys are going to get PC release you just have to wait little more and get better version of the game. Thats kind of what I think and I wouldnt have any problems with waiting longer for GTA V if GTA IV PC multiplayer wasnt empty... but why its empty? Becouse the game was delayed for 8 months and everyone who could bought it on X360/PS3 so there wasnt many people to play on PC and those who bought the PC version did it mostly for mods while multiplayer is great but deserted... same thing is gonna happen to V with delayed PC release I think its got to do with hackers. PC version is easily hacked so normal PC players avoid playing multiplayer, because of hackers they know that when they enter the game there is going to be at least one hacker ruining the game. With Max Payne 3's cheater pool system it will be better for PC users there will be less hackers and more players. This is totally wrong, hacking on GTA IV PC has a long story but at the end R* patched it pretty well, on first patches back in 2009 game was pretty much unprotected from any forms of hacking but with latest patches it got fixed, its pretty impossible to cheat in ranked games now, only host can do it if he has modified right files so for example he can switch money prize for a kill from 100$ to milions but no one do it anymore and no one can join your ranked game and cheat there. Things are different with unranked games becouse there hackers can do whatever they want, crash your server, teleport you to prison or even kick you out from your own game. Back in 2011 when those cheats were found out it was pretty big problem on unranked games but now you can rarely meet any cheaters outside of free modes. Durden Posted November 27, 2012 Share Posted November 27, 2012 Because I expect GTAV to be like MP3, in that it will be optimized for each platform. It makes no sense for R* to make a shooter that next to nobody knows about, and give it extreme optimization for each platform, and then release their biggest game yet crappy on consoles. A simple inference will tell you hands down that GTAV will have 1080p on consoles and be equal to eachother. That's why I'm not complaining. A new upgrade for the console with the next game? Or maybe you should complain that the TV in your room is too small and maybe they give a bigger one too you, or that you need a new Gamepad because yours is not responding well, how about that? You should be happy that companies chose to bet on the consoles market above any other, that they chose to stop evolution because of outdated hardware. Our only complain is that we also want the game available for us to play, in the system we chose, the way we chose with the investment we made, and to be treated equally and not stigmatized because of a group of people that decided to do the things in the wrong way. We know that won't happen unfortunately, life isn't fair, but it's our right to say we're here and we're also costumers and fans of the game and we expect not to be forgotten. If that have a good effect fine, if not well we tried, life won't end, we'll be sad but life goes on and if they didn't want our money, someone eventually will. He's a console gamer and all he does is pretty much complain... Wrong. The studio that deals with the PC port is R* Toronto, and they probably won't get their hands on it until the console version is finalised. Said who? What you said applied to GTAIV. And Max Payne 3 PC came out almost the same time, only delayed to avoid competition with Diablo III. Console is way more convinient. You'd be surprised, My computer cost about $330 (it didn't come with a monitor, which was fine because I had a small flat screen LCD to use it on), and then I bought a new graphics card for about $50 on newegg and I can play IV on decent settings with a fairly good frame rate. It's not as expensive as you think. On topic: As for complainers, you guys don't know complaining, go to gtplanet and you'll see what real complainers are.
