Why is that i see Some PC users complaining about PC version of the game that they have to wait 6 months? They get 1080p graphics, 60+fps, high resolution textures, mods, and they complain about waiting about 6 months more. Can be multiple things: 1. mods delete complain threads immediately 2. people realise that complaining does not help and they just stop being fans of the game. 3. everybody thinks V is going to be awesome. assmillk Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 because my pc sucks balls and i'd rather play laying down in bed just chillen rather than sitting up straight clicking and pushing buttons. and deal with major lag and have to spend 1000 dollars to play on decent settings. The studio that deals with the PC port is R* Toronto, and they probably won't get their hands on it until the console version is finalised. Even if they worked on it simultaniously it would take longer than console because programming and debugging for one stytem with one set of specs (console) is so much faster and easier than PC, where there's countless software and hardware variations to work around. With no direct specific info out there on the subject, the past is the best indication of what to expect - especially now that Toronto has experience with it. Sure, the last port started out pretty lousy, but they've probably learned a lot and are in as good or better position to deal with it as anyone else. It just seems that there's more reason to believe that it will be the case than there is to believe it won't. Hey if you've got information on the contrary I'd love to hear it! Thats kind of what I think and I wouldnt have any problems with waiting longer for GTA V if GTA IV PC multiplayer wasnt empty... but why its empty? PC version is easily hacked so normal PC players avoid playing multiplayer, because of hackers they know that when they enter the game there is going to be at least one hacker ruining the game. The true is you need 2012's hardware to run this game on maxed out and 60 fps but even with that some people complains about fps drops however if you know how to correctly set up things you can get decent fps on not as good hardware with good graphics. All these threads about PC seem to have the same theme. PC has better specs, blah blah. Yeah we get it, but no one cares. Thats why console gamers don't whinge about these issues. It's because they're not issues. I can see why PC gamers are upset with the waiting time, but with piracy issues of the PC, I can see why developers would delay, if not avoid, PC versions. How many PC gamers can say they have never pirated a game? All those with their hands up, I feel sorry for you that you have to wait 6 months. All the rest, you've got yourselves to blame. 018361 Posted November 26, 2012 Share Posted November 26, 2012 Well, for PC users after 6 months the story has pretty much already been told to them which doesn't make the game as exciting as it could be when they are finally able to buy it. If you want to complain about consoles complain to Microsoft and Sony. There will probably be new consoles announced at E3 2013 anyway. I just hope the make it with interchangeable parts.
