Police Helicopter and VCPD Cheetah

Hey guys,

 

Would it be possible to stop the police maverick and the police cheetah to stop spawning at wanted level 6? I don't think those fit well with all the military vehicles around.

 

 

Would it also be possible to do this:

 

And would it be possible to instead make a hunter show up at 6 stars? In san andreas you can do that, I don't know how about vice city. In SA you had to store the player coordinates and then add a code so that the hunter would spawn within a certain radius of the player its coordinates. The code 'instant rotor start' also was used in SA cause else it would crash to the ground XD

Is it possible for the hunter to attack you?

Can it use its missles against you like in SA?

If not, can you make it use its machinegun against you like in SA?

 

If none of the above can in Vice City, can you make it fire the same invisible gun the police helicopter does, but then more accurate and more rapid fire?
